Returns & Exchanges


We hope you love your Seasons products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, unless they are of a bespoke nature, they can be returned for a refund or exchange provided that the following guidelines are observed:

  • Email us at info@seasons-boutique.com within 14 working days from receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process.
  • Past the grace period of 14 days from when you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you received them along with their original packaging. You are asked to take reasonable care of the items.
  • If your order has been damaged during the delivery process, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase, though we require photographic documentation of the damage in question, in order to proceed with the desired course of action.
  • To complete a return or exchange, please include your order number and name within the box.
  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Seasons Publishing Ltd unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for by a member of the Seasons Publishing Ltd team at the office.
  • Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment.
  • Once we receive the returned item we will assess it and will notify you about whether we are accepting the product for return. A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
  • We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange on any bespoke items.
