Do you ship to my country?

  • We ship worldwide using a handful of selected delivery services. If your country doesn’t show during check out, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you with your request.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

  • You will always receive a confirmation email once you have processed your order. Please check your spam if you don’t see it in your inbox. Once your order has been dispatched, you should in due course receive a tracking number from the chosen delivery partner so that you can follow its progress. If you do not receive this, please reach out to us at [email protected] where we can assist you.

How long do bespoke orders take?

  • We typically advise 10-14 days for the delivery of bespoke orders, though will do our best to keep you updated along the way.

What if I need something urgently?

  • DHL Express is our fastest delivery option, with worldwide coverage usually within days. Please select this option at check-out and get in touch with us to make us aware of when you need your item by.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

  • Once the item is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service.

Can I add a gift message?

  • Most certainly, you’ll find the option to add a gift message next to each item. All our gift notes are lovingly handwritten by a member of our team on our signature Seasons gift notecards.

Can I add gift wrapping? What does it include?

  • Absolutely, our gift wrapping service is a beautiful touch for a gift to a special person. Simply select the Gift Wrap option and select the colour of desired ribbon before adding to your basket. Boxed products are finished with a ribbon and bow around the product. Unboxed products will be wrapped with our signature English Garden wrapping paper, as well as ribbon.

Do you include your receipts in the order?

  • No, we don’t, so don’t worry if you’re sending directly to the recipient they won’t see cost breakdowns. You do, however, receive a signature order note inside a sealed envelope detailing your order, as well as an email confirmation of your order, so please put your own email when choosing a gift.

Can I return a gift?

  • Yes. You have 14 days to return any item that falls within our guidelines and is not bespoke. To start the returns process, please email [email protected] with your order reference number.

Something I love is sold out, what should I do?

  • You can join the waitlist and we will let you know when the product is back in stock.
